These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the www.yugartcreations.com platform (“Platform”), which is owned and operated by Yug Advisors. By placing an order on the Platform, the buyer agrees to comply with the following terms.
1. Nature of Products & Artistic Variations
All products listed on the Platform, including stone wall murals, stone panels, stone wash basins, and other artworks, are unique creations. Because our products are handmade and utilize natural materials, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent and expected. These variations may occur due to:
The natural characteristics of stone and artistic processes.
Lighting conditions during photography.
Differences in digital screen displays.
Such natural and handcrafted variations shall not be considered defects.
2. Pricing and Payment
Yug Advisors operates as a reseller of products listed by artists and craftsmen.
Pricing: Displayed prices include the base price, platform margin, applicable GST, and packaging/logistics charges where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices and promotional offers at our discretion.
Payment: All transactions must be completed through our official digital payment gateway. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported digital options. Cash payments or direct payments to artists are not accepted.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Once an order is confirmed, the product undergoes quality verification and secure repackaging by the Platform before dispatch.
Delays: While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, Yug Art Creations and Yug Advisors are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, transport logistics, or other constraints beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking: Tracking information will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.
4. Inspection and Damage Claims
Delivery Inspection: Customers must inspect the outer package upon delivery. If the package is tampered with or damaged, the issue must be noted with the courier partner immediately and reported to the Platform.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return for damage or incorrect products, customers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video must show the sealed outer package, the unboxing process, and the condition of the product in a single shot without cuts. Failure to provide this evidence may result in the rejection of a claim.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted within 48 hours of delivery if the product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is materially different from the description.
Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or natural variations in stone color and texture.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method after the item is returned and inspected.
6. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All content, images, and product designs on the Platform are protected by copyright laws. Customers may not reproduce or commercially use any artwork or images without prior permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ramgarh Cantt, Jharkhand.
